Detailed Narrative Description of the Project

Architectural, Detail Engineering and Construction Management of Development of Yatri Niwas and Guru Granth Sahib Bhavan at Nanded. The Project Located at Nanded. Advanced and well Furnished Niwas Suitable Building. Facilities of Parking, Gardening and all other Luxuries had been Availed.

Scope of services rendered by our company

Preparation of tender documents, tender drawings, tender evaluation and award of contract.

Preparation of Design, Site Development, Master plan, Architectural Plans, Elevations, Sections with details of area analysis, Building geometry etc.

Use of value engineering concepts to consider alternate design solutions to optimize expected cost/worth ratios. Design included incorporation of maximum possible natural light/Ventilation, Visually impaired and physically disabled friendly and green Building concepts to the extent possible and flexibility for future changes.

Liasoning and obtaining requisite approvals/permissions from the Concerned Statutory Authorities prior to commencement and also after successful completion of the work.

Preparation of technical specification, cost estimates including rate analysis, bill of quantities, inspection and testing plans etc. Preparation of Technical specification good for construction for Structural Design, Internal and External MEP/utility services, Telecommunications, Networking, Graphics signage’s fire fighting arrangements, security systems, parking etc. as per the approved technical specifications.

Preparation of Landscape Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Conservation, Graphic Design and Signage’s.
